The Valuation Hub is an RICS-regulated practice providing clear, accurate property reports for clients across Scotland. We specialise in fast-turnaround RICS valuations and Rebuild Cost Assessments (RCAs) for homeowners, landlords, property factors, accountants and professional advisers.

About Michael Robertson MRICS
Director & Chartered Surveyor
Michael is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over a decade of experience across the Scottish property sector. His background spans residential valuations, rebuild cost assessments, and hands-on involvement in commercial property development.

He has worked extensively with homeowners, landlords, investors, institutions and professional partners, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both individual client needs and the wider property market.
​
Having been involved in property from a young age, Michael has developed a practical, detail-focused approach to his work. He launched The Valuation Hub to provide a modern, efficient alternative to traditional valuation services while maintaining the high standards expected from an RICS-regulated practice.

Michael is based in Edinburgh and works with clients across Scotland.
